Jasper raises $2.3M seed funding

The Jasper team is thrilled to announce we have raised $2.3 million of seed funding, led by M7 Real Estate and existing investors Icehouse Ventures and James Property Group. This will accelerate our growth plan as we look to democratise commercial real estate investment globally.

Commercial real estate is one of the most important asset classes for growing long-term generational wealth. However, significant barriers to entry exist for budding property moguls. Direct ownership of commercial real estate requires a large amount of cash for a single asset and high levels of expertise are required to source and evaluate opportunities.

Jasper allows investors to purchase fractional ownership in high-quality commercial properties using a fully digitised on-boarding, accreditation and subscription process. We also plan on providing a secondary market, allowing investors the potential to sell their equity to other investors, giving unprecedented liquidity in a traditionally illiquid asset class.

In the same way that Robinhood and Coinbase are democratising access to equities and cryptocurrencies, Jasper is aiming to democratise access to commercial real estate investment.

To fuel this ambition, we have raised a total of $2.3M in seed funding led by M7 Real Estate, a leading European investment and asset manager with €8.5 billion of assets under management.

We are fortunate to have partnered with great investors like M7 and Icehouse Ventures who share our vision and continue to support and accelerate our momentum.
