Jasper acquires prominent logistics asset in Onehunga
Jasper, a technology-led Fund Manager, has completed the purchase of 259 - 265 Church Street and 145 - 149 Captain Springs Road, Onehunga. The asset is the latest addition to its new industrial fund targeting logistics and industrial investments across the greater Auckland area.
Church Street is a main arterial route connecting the established industrial suburbs of Onehunga, Penrose, and Mt Wellington, providing excellent access to key arterials including State Highway 1, and the South Western and South-Eastern motorways. Enjoying multiple access points, the asset comprises four industrial buildings across 10,000 sqm of high-quality warehousing and associated office space.
