Jasper secures Māngere Bridge asset
Jasper, the technology-led fund manager, has completed the purchase of 39-49 Mahunga Drive, Māngere Bridge. The acquisition is the latest addition to its industrial fund targeting Value-Add logistics and industrial investments within the greater Auckland area.
The asset is located in the tightly held industrial precinct of Māngere Bridge, offering excellent motorway access to Auckland International Airport and the CBD. Mahunga Drive comprises a series of buildings utilised for manufacturing, storage, and distribution.
