Jasper, the technology-led fund manager, has completed the purchase of 52 Spartan Road, Takanini. The acquisition is the latest addition to its industrial fund targeting Value-Add logistics and industrial investments within the greater Auckland area.
52 Spartan Road comprises two large warehouses and substantial ancillary yard areas. The asset offers excellent SH1 motorway access, allowing occupants to easily service both Auckland and Hamilton.

We were particularly drawn to the underlying land value in this location.
