Jasper, a technology-led fund manager, has completed the purchase of 560 Rosebank Road, Avondale. The acquisition is the latest addition to its new industrial fund targeting Value-Add logistics and industrial investments within the greater Auckland area.
Rosebank Road is a tightly held, high-performing industrial locality close to the Auckland CBD and has excellent motorway connectivity to Auckland Airport. The asset comprises generic large-format sprinklered warehousing with quality office space in a scarce heavy industry zone.
