Jasper expands industrial portfolio with East Tamaki acquisition
Jasper has added another major Auckland industrial asset to its portfolio, with the recent acquisition of 27 Ross Reid Place and 44 Zelanian Drive, East Tamaki. The 20,384 sqm site is fully leased to a leading packaging solutions provider, and totals 10,000 sqm of gross lettable area across three buildings. Purpose-built for manufacturing, storage, and distribution, the site benefits from Heavy Industry zoning, offering operational flexibility and long-term development potential.
Purchased into Jasper’s value-add portfolio, this latest addition reflects the Fund's strategy of securing quality, income-generating assets in key industrial precincts. Jasper worked closely with Simon Andrews to secure this off-market opportunity, highlighting the company’s ability to source and execute transactions through strong industry relationships.
“The acquisition of Ross Reid Place and Zelanian Drive strengthens our footprint in one of Auckland’s most sought-after industrial submarkets,” said Caity Pask, Acquisition Lead at Jasper. “East Tamaki remains a highly desirable location for occupiers, underpinned by excellent transport links, strong tenant demand, and limited supply of industrial space across all grades.”
Jasper’s total assets under management (AUM) have now surpassed $400 million, with ~$50 million transacted in 2025.
