Jasper’s Secondary Market is now LIVE

We are pleased to announce an exciting new update to Jasper's investment platform with the public launch of the Jasper Secondary Market.

Historically, investors in private commercial real estate funds have typically had their capital tied up for 5-10 years. Jasper's revolutionary Secondary Market now provides investors with the opportunity for early liquidity by matching and settling transactions between buyers and sellers of units.

Sellers

Sellers can seek to sell their units through the Jasper platform at a time that suits their investment horizon. Investors have control and flexibility over their preferred unit price (within a defined range) and the proportion of their holding they wish to sell. No other Australasian platform offers this revolutionary user experience.

Buyers

Buyers review and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities on the Secondary Market, including comprehensive reporting and data on each fund and asset. Investors may also have the option to opportunistically purchase units at an attractive price relative to the latest net asset value (NAV), depending on selling activity.

We have initially opened the Secondary Market for the Industrial Income Plus Fund (wholesale) and intend to open the Secondary Markets for other Jasper-operated funds in the near future.
