Jasper has secured a substantial industrial holding in South Auckland, with the recent off-market acquisition of 7, 15, 21 and 25 Lovegrove Crescent — a 33,570 sqm site comprising three industrial buildings across four freehold titles. With multiple tenants in place, the site provides strong holding income while creating opportunities for future repositioning.
Located just minutes from the motorway network, the asset offers excellent connectivity to key freight and logistics routes across Auckland. Its accessibility, infrastructure and scale make it a rare find in a tightly held infill area that continues to see strong demand from occupiers.
The asset offers immediate leasing opportunities, with affordable warehouse spaces ranging from 500-3,000 sqm available on flexible terms, complemented by additional secure yard of up to 2,300 sqm.
