Jasper secures another asset in Wiri
Jasper, the technology-led Fund Manager, has completed the purchase of 84 Kerrs Road, Wiri. This is Jasper’s second acquisition in this established industrial precinct and the latest addition to its value-add logistics and industrial fund targeting assets in the greater Auckland area.
Wiri is one of the fastest-growing industrial precincts in Auckland due to its proximity to major roading networks and the Airport and access to an abundant labour force. The asset occupies a Heavy Industry zoned site providing generous onsite car parking, storage and maneuverability, with extensive yard space and quality office accommodation.
